About Us

Seeta Travels and Staywood are leading corporate travel and accommodation specialists. We manage corporate hotel bookings, serviced apartments, and travel logistics for businesses. We are looking for an experienced MIS Accounts Executive to manage our financial data, reporting, and daily accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & MIS Reporting: Maintain accurate daily MIS reports, tracking bookings, revenues, vendor costs, and margins.

- Accounting Operations : Handle day-to-year accounting tasks, including ledger entries, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and client account reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Invoicing & Billing : Support the finance team in generating timely B2B invoices and processing supplier payments.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries, cost sheets,



and variance analysis reports for management.
- Audit & Compliance Support : Assist in gathering data for internal/external audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting and accounting.
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

Skills Required:

- Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas).
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP tools).
- Good eye for detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or comfortable commuting to Vidyavihar West, Mumbai are preferred.
