Lead Generation Specialist (US Insurance Appointment Setting) | Fresher | Night Shift

About the role
You’ll speak with US customers over the phone, explain our insurance offers, and book appointments for licensed agents. We train you on the script, the product and US accent and communication skills.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound calls to US leads and book appointments
- Qualify customers with simple questions
- Follow the script and record each call in the CRM
- Hit daily and monthly appointment targets

What we’re looking for

- Freshers welcome (any graduate or 12th pass with robust English)
- Clear spoken English and a confident phone voice
- Comfortable working US night shift (Mon-Fri)
- Basic computer skills
- Ready to learn and hit targets
