Experience Requirement

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Tip Trailer / Trailer / Tipper Body / Commercial Vehicle Body sales or marketing.

Job Purpose

The Marketing & Sales Professional will be responsible for expanding Road Runners’ market presence, generating sales leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Tip Trailer products across Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Tip Trailers across Bilaspur and Chhattisgarh
- Identify and approach transporters, fleet owners, mining companies, construction contractors, and logistics firms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and key customers
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations
- Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for order execution and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records,



follow-ups, and sales reports
- Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities when required

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Tip Trailer products and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
- Result-oriented with solid follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
- Valid driving license preferred
