About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cyber Security Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Networking, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity. The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct hands-on lab sessions, and prepare students for industry certifications and cybersecurity-related job roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud Computing, and Ethical Hacking.
- Teach networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Train students in Linux, Windows security, system administration, and network security.
- Teach cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, threat analysis, and security monitoring.
- Provide hands-on training using tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and SIEM platforms.
- Introduce cloud security concepts for AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant cloud platforms.
- Conduct practical lab exercises, projects, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Prepare course materials, lab manuals, presentations, and project documentation.
- Mentor students on industry certifications, career development, and interview preparation.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and learning progress.
- Stay updated with current cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry practices.

Technical Skills Required

Networking

- TCP/IP, OSI Model, subnetting, routing and switching
- DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs
- Network troubleshooting and security fundamentals

Cybersecurity

- Information security fundamentals and security principles
- Ethical hacking and penetration testing




- Vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Web application security and OWASP Top 10
- SIEM, log analysis, incident response, and threat detection
- Security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Metasploit

Cloud & Operating Systems

- Basic or intermediate knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Cloud security, IAM, access control, and security monitoring
- Linux commands, Windows administration, and system hardening
- Virtualization and hands-on lab environments

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred, such as Security+, CEH, CCNA, or AWS/Azure security certifications.
- Practical experience in cybersecurity, networking, system administration, or cloud security.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge, practical lab skills, and good communication abilities may also apply.

Required Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in straightforward language.
- Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Student mentoring and classroom management abilities.
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.

Experience

- Preferred: 1–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Candidates with hands-on cybersecurity project experience may also be considered.

Salary

Salary will be based on technical expertise, relevant experience, and teaching capabilities.
