Job Summary
Ravindar Heraeus Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team in Vizag. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in sales within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry and possess strong customer relationship and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell company products to customers in the Chemical and Pharma sectors.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Willingness to travel as required.
