Job Title: Hand Moulding Supervisor
Department: Production / Foundry
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hand moulding operations and allocate work to moulders and helpers.
- Ensure proper mould preparation, sand mixing, pattern setting, ramming, and mould assembly.
- Inspect mould quality and ensure readiness for metal pouring.
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain product quality.
- Coordinate with melting, pouring, and quality control teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Identify moulding defects and take corrective actions to reduce rejection.
- Maintain daily production reports and ensure workplace safety and housekeeping.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of foundry hand moulding processes.
- Manpower handling and team supervision.
- Problem-solving and quality control skills.
- Knowledge of foundry safety procedures.
Experience Required: 2–5 years of relevant experience in foundry hand moulding operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
