Job Title: Field Recruiter – Candidate Acquisition

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing valid candidates through market visits, reference generation, direct interaction, and field-level recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily market visits to identify, approach, and source eligible candidates for recruitment and enrollment.
- Generate candidate references through existing candidates, local contacts, community networks, and referrals.
- Identify and bring in genuine and eligible candidates who meet the required criteria.
- Explain job opportunities




- Follow up with interested candidates and share them the details for work
- Build and maintain a solid network of local contacts to generate a continuous pipeline of candidates.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and field recruitment.
- Ability to generate references and source genuine candidates.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.
