We are seeking an enthusiastic and agile HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. This position is ideal for entry-level to early-career HR professionals eager to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and role alignment.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various stages.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database/Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in pre-boarding documentation, background verification, and welcoming new hires.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with department heads to understand hiring requirements and role specifications.
