Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, site visits, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements for building, construction, renovation, and interior projects.
- Make regular outbound calls and client follow-ups to generate enquiries and convert leads.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Coordinate with the design, project, and site teams to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions to clients.
- Prepare and share company profiles, project details, quotations, and other relevant information with prospective clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals, and ongoing negotiations until closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.




- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Build relationships with property owners, builders, architects, contractors, real estate professionals, and other potential business sources.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and maintain a professional relationship throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the accounts/project team regarding advance payments and payment follow-ups when required.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, sales pipeline, and business development activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
