Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil Construction)

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate labour and subcontractors.

· Ensure that work is completed according to instructions, drawings, and project schedules.

· Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and site housekeeping.

· Check workmanship and report quality issues to the Site Engineer.

· Maintain daily work progress reports and records of materials and labour.





· Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and construction practices.

Requirements

· Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction qualification.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction or site supervision.

· Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.

· Good labour coordination, communication, and site management skills.
