Geisha Designs is expanding its global buyer network, and we’re looking for an organized, articulate, and detail-focused skilled to support international and domestic wholesale operations. If you’re passionate about fashion, communication, and relationship management—this is a rare opportunity to learn from inside a luxury atelier.

What You’ll Do

- Support communication with global boutique buyers, showrooms, and platforms.
- Share lookbooks, line sheets, price lists, and product details professionally.
- Prepare order forms, SKU sheets, and delivery trackers.
- Coordinate internally with merchandising, production, and logistics.
- Assist with basic export/shipping documentation and courier tracking.
- Organize racks, samples, and appointment materials during showroom seasons.
- Maintain buyer databases, communication logs, and weekly reports.
- Follow up on approvals, confirmations, and delivery timelines.

- Excellent written & spoken English
- Strong organization and follow-through skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Polished email etiquette
- Deadline-oriented mindset

Nice to have (not mandatory):

- Experience in fashion merchandising, B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce
- Basic understanding of SKUs/style codes
