Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty services including facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and other salon treatments.
- Perform skin and beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation at the workstation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a comfortable client experience.
- Understand client requirements and deliver services according to their preferences.
- Recommend appropriate beauty products and treatments when required.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain proper records of client services and product usage.
- Handle salon equipment and products safely and responsibly.
- Support the salon team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction standards set by Rawls Salon.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Beautician, preferably in a premium salon or beauty studio.
- Certification or training in Beauty/Cosmetology is preferred.
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure services.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
