About the Role
A Customs Agent ensures smooth and compliant handling of cross-border shipments by verifying documentation, coordinating with customers, and resolving customs-related queries. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage clearance processes efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Track clearance of cross-border shipments to ensure smooth delivery.
· Handle and resolve customs-related queries efficiently.
· Check shipment paperwork like POD and BOL.
· Follow up with customers and provide updates on outbound and inbound shipments.
Skills & Qualifications Required
· Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
· Clear verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
· Excellent attention to detail and observational ability
· Basic computer proficiency
· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of transportation, and logistics processes.
