Job Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance and repair of all construction vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Handle JCB, cranes, RMC transit mixers, tractors, tower cranes, Eicher trucks, tippers, and other construction machinery.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Coordinate with mechanics, service centres, and spare parts suppliers.
- Maintain vehicle service records, repair expenses, fuel records, and maintenance schedules.
- Inspect equipment condition and ensure vehicle fitness and safety compliance.
- Control maintenance costs and minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure the timely availability of vehicles and machinery.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in transport and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs.
- Experience in construction companies or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Good coordination, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
