Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Hebbal, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across search, social media, and paid channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model (2 days in office per week) and welcome both experienced professionals and motivated freshers!

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and email campaigns.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Track website traffic and user engagement to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce landing pages, ad copy, and graphic assets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in-office 2 days a week at our Hebbal, Bangalore office.




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, or email marketing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta) are a plus.

Salary & Compensation Structure

- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview evaluation).
- Freshers:
- Internship Period (First 2 Months): ₹5,000 per month
- Probation Period: ₹15,000 per month
- On Confirmation: ₹25,000 per month
