- Manage the overall daily operations of the café outlet.
- Supervise, train, motivate, and manage outlet staff.
- Prepare staff schedules, shift rosters, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and payment accuracy.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels, purchase requirements, wastage, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure FIFO stock management and proper storage of food and non-food items.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards.
- Conduct daily staff briefings and ensure company SOPs are followed.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Ensure proper table service for existing dining customers.
- Monitor and safeguard company equipment, assets, and other resources.
- Prepare daily and periodic outlet reports and coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Operations teams.
- Take necessary actions to improve sales, reduce wastage,



control costs, and maintain outlet profitability.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in F&B;, Restaurant, Café, Retail, or Customer Service.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, POS, and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
