About the Role

We are looking for a *Performance Marketing Executive* to manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across our brands.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with *Meta Ads and Google Ads*, a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, and the ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Candidates with experience in *retail, D2C, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury brands* will be preferred.

Experience

* *1–2 years of relevant experience* in performance marketing / digital advertising

* Prior experience handling *retail, D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands* preferred

* Experience managing campaigns independently will be an advantage

* Agency-side candidates with strong hands-on campaign management experience may also be considered

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across *Meta Ads and Google Ads*

* Manage campaigns for multiple brands and objectives, including:

* Brand awareness

* Website traffic

* Lead generation

* WhatsApp enquiries

* Sales / conversions

* Retargeting

* Set up and manage *campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives and budgets*

* Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and identify areas for optimisation

* Manage and optimise *ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and other key metrics*

* Conduct audience research and build relevant *prospecting and retargeting audiences*

* Plan and execute *remarketing campaigns*

* Test different creatives, audiences, placements, copy and campaign structures

* Coordinate with the *social media and creative teams* to develop performance-oriented creatives

* Identify which creatives and content formats are driving the best results

* Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of ad spend

* Analyse customer acquisition and conversion data

* Prepare *weekly and monthly performance reports*

* Provide clear insights and recommendations based on campaign data





* Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies wherever required

* Identify campaign issues and take corrective action without depending entirely on the agency

* Stay updated with changes in *Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution and digital advertising trends*

Technical Skills

The candidate should have working knowledge of:

* *Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager*

* *Google Ads*

* *Google Analytics / GA4*

* *Google Tag Manager* — preferred

* Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

* UTM tracking

* Audience creation and retargeting

* Campaign reporting and analytics

* Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

* Worked with *retail / D2C / e-commerce brands*

* Managed paid campaigns with meaningful monthly ad spends

* Experience with *lead generation and conversion campaigns*

* Experience working with multiple products, categories or brands

* Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury is an added advantage

* A track record of independently managing and optimising campaigns

Education

* Bachelor's degree in *Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Management or a related field* preferred

* No specific college or educational background is required if the candidate has strong practical performance marketing experience

E$xperience 1-2 yrs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
