Silaris Digi Pvt Ltd Hiring Customer Care Executives (Voice process )to manage banking inquiries and product sales.

Core Responsibilities

* Sales & Outreach: Contact existing customers to promote banking products.

* Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and provide service information.

* Advisory: Assist clients in selecting appropriate banking solutions.

Requirements

* Education: PUC / Inter

* Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.

* Skills: Robust communication and a service-oriented attitude.

Work Details

* Schedule: 6 days per week (Day Shift).
