Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, social media design, and digital branding. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital creatives that enhance brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Create digital banners, display ads, promotional graphics, and campaign creatives.
- Design visual content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms and ad formats.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, platform requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Required Skills

- 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.




- Ability to create engaging social media and performance marketing creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
- Basic video editing knowledge using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platform requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Robust portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
