- Candidate Sourcing: Find potential applicants using job portals, social media, databases, and referral networks.
- Screening & Tele-Interviews: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and job fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to keep them engaged through the interview and selection process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers or admissions teams.
- Database Updates: Log all candidate interactions, interview progress, and status changes in an Applicant Tracking System
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or weekly metrics for calls made, candidates screened, and interviews or joinings closed
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
