What Youll Be Doing

- Talent Acquisition: Source, assess, and place highly skilled technical professionals into contract and permanent opportunities across the Oil & Gas industry.
- Creative Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, referrals, and industry networks to attract top-tier talent.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and support a team of recruiters, promoting professional development and high-performance standards.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of qualified talent.
- Client Delivery: Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all recruitment activities align with NES Fircroft quality standards, customer requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Recruitment Administration: Manage job postings, candidate workflows, interview coordination, and database records efficiently.
