Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an F&B; Captain in a restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service and guest handling.
- Good understanding of multi-cuisine menus.
- Solid communication and team leadership skills.
- Hotel Management candidates will be preferred.
