Job Summary

Mahadev Grain & Agro is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our wholesale agricultural trading business. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, building relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and generating bulk orders for rice, wheat, onions, and potatoes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, including wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and mandi traders.
- Promote and sell rice, wheat, onions, potatoes, and other agricultural commodities in bulk.
- Visit local mandis, wholesale markets, shops, and potential customers to generate business.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and payment terms with customers.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.




- Coordinate with suppliers and the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

- Experience/ Fresher / With no Experience can also apply in sales, marketing, wholesale trading, or FMCG/agricultural products is preferred.
- Knowledge of rice, wheat, onions, potatoes, grains, or mandi operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to travel locally and meet customers in the field - {Must have own bike}
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to develop new business.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills. Incentives may be offered based on sales performance.
