WE’RE HIRING – ADMIN SUPERVISOR

Velvaere Ayur Care is looking for a smart, energetic, confident and highly active Admin Supervisor to join our team.

We are specifically looking for an in-house team member who can take responsibility, lead from the front and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the property.

* Good organisational and problem-solving skills

* Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple departments

* Professional approach to guest handling and customer service

* Comfortable working in a hospitality, wellness and Ayurvedic environment

* Basic knowledge of administration, reporting and staff coordination

* Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and social media

* Comfortable appearing in videos and representing Velvaere as a brand face

* Confident communication in front of the camera

* Responsible, disciplined and willing to take ownership

* Previous experience in hospitality, resorts, wellness, healthcare or administration will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations





* Lead and manage the team effectively

* Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline

* Coordinate with reception, housekeeping, kitchen and treatment teams

* Handle guest requirements and ensure a smooth guest experience

* Support sales enquiries and follow-ups

* Assist with social media content and promotional activities

* Represent Velvaere professionally on social media

* Prepare daily operational updates and reports

* Identify operational issues and ensure timely solutions

* Maintain Velvaere’s service standards and professional image

IN-HOUSE POSITION

This is an in-house position, and the selected candidate is expected to stay at the property.
