Key Responsibilities
- Lead project cost estimation for E&I; projects and execution components.
- Prepare accurate BOQ, cost estimates, budgets, and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Evaluate project execution costs, contractor quotations, material requirements, and manpower costs.
- Ensure estimation accuracy and alignment with project scope and commercial objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in E&I; project execution and cost estimation.
- Strong site execution experience with exposure to contractors and project environments.
- Experience in estimating execution components and project values.
- Strong knowledge of E&I; materials, construction activities, BOQ, and costing.
- Candidates from EPC / contracting / project-based companies preferred.
