What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department in J&K; Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing and developing strategic partnerships, fostering collaboration, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless integration of alliances with the bank's overall business strategy.

What does the job entail?

- Oversee and manage the overall performance of the cluster, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other external parties.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of bank's initiatives and programs across the cluster, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and tactics to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.




- Manage and optimize cluster operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity within the cluster.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to develop and implement joint initiatives and campaigns.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports on cluster performance, including financial and operational metrics.
