We are looking for a responsible Site Manager to supervise and manage ongoing school renovation and construction work.
Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant site management experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction and renovation activities.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is completed as per plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor material usage and maintain records of site expenses.
- Maintain the record of material procured and delivered to contractors.
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials at the site.
- Provide regular progress updates to school management.
Preferred Candidate:
A disciplined, trustworthy, and proactive person with valuable coordination and site management skills.
