We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Trainer to train employees, improve their skills, and support their professional development. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Explain company policies, procedures, work processes, and standards.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning activities.
- Assess trainees’ performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor training progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management to identify training needs.
- Ensure employees understand workplace safety, quality standards, and organizational expectations.
- Continuously improve training methods to enhance employee performance.
Requirements
- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and train individuals or groups.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous training experience is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
