About the Role

We are seeking a driven, articulate, and agile Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will play a central role in driving revenue, expanding our client network, managing client relationships, and overseeing outreach initiatives across social media, content creators, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Account Management: Identify and acquire new prospective business clients while managing ongoing accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Reach & Brand Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand brand presence and reach new target demographics.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain Carrybell’s social media channels to enhance online visibility and audience engagement.
- Influencer & Vendor Relations: Identify, negotiate,



and collaborate with content creators, social media influencers, and external vendors for promotional campaigns and partnerships.
- Outstation Representation & Travel: Travel to other cities on behalf of Carrybell Commercial Pvt Ltd to represent the company at business meetings, networking functions, and events as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or digital outreach (Preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch, and relationship-building abilities.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and availability to travel to other cities for corporate business needs as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
