Mukkudal FPO is looking for a motivated *Field Sales Executive* to develop sales and market reach for its *cattle feed and organic fertilizer products*.

The role involves regular field visits, meeting farmers and dealers, developing new sales channels, maintaining existing customer relationships, and supporting the growth of the FPO's products in the assigned territory.

Candidates who are comfortable with rural field travel and have an interest in agriculture, dairy farming, or agri-input sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and develop sales of cattle feed and organic fertilizers.

- Identify and appoint recent dealers, distributors, retailers, and other sales partners.

- Visit farmers, dairy farmers, dealers, and potential customers regularly.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers.

- Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.

- Identify new markets and sales opportunities in the assigned area.

- Collect market information on competitor products, pricing, customer demand, and market trends.

- Provide regular field and sales updates to the management.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.





- Ability to convince customers and develop long-term relationships.

- Willingness to travel regularly for field sales.

- Basic understanding of agriculture, dairy farming, cattle feed, fertilizers, or organic inputs is preferred.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Agriculture, Agri Business, Animal Science, Dairy-related studies, or a related field is preferred.

- Candidates with any degree and relevant sales experience can also apply.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in cattle feed, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, dairy products, agri-inputs, FMCG rural sales, or similar field-sales roles is preferred.

- *Freshers with good communication skills and a genuine interest in field sales may also apply.*

Salary & Benefits

- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

- Travel Allowance / TA & DA for official field visits.
