Core Objective To drive the growth and smooth operation of the center by meeting business/enrollment targets and ensuring high-quality customer service and guidance.
1. Counselling & Sales (The "Counsellor" Role)

- Lead Conversion: Conduct face-to-face, telephonic, or online counseling sessions with prospective students, parents, or clients to understand their needs and convert inquiries into admissions/registrations.
- Relationship Management: Build robust rapport with visitors, address their grievances, and guide them through the onboarding or enrollment process.
- Information Provision: Clearly explain the features, benefits, fees, and timelines of the programs or services offered.

2. Operations & Administration (The "Centre Manager" Role)

- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the center, ensuring cleanliness, resource availability,



and a welcoming environment.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate center staff, including front-desk executives, support staff, and trainers or service providers.
- Financial Management: Manage the center's petty cash, track fee collections, handle invoicing, and ensure timely deposits or financial reporting to head office.

3. Marketing & Business Development

- Local Marketing: Plan and execute local promotional activities (e.g., seminars, canopy setups, school/college visits) to generate fresh leads.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue or enrollment targets set by the organization.

4. Reporting & Compliance

- Data Maintenance: Maintain an accurate database of all inquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and existing clients using CRM software.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports regarding center performance, revenue, and expenses for senior management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
