Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager with over 8 years of experience in café operations and hospitality management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage daily café operations, drive revenue, maintain service standards, and lead a team efficiently while ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and supervise front-of-house operations, including guest service, order management, table service, and billing.
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team to maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong guest relationships.
- Monitor sales, revenue, food costs, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order execution, food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and health and safety standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, cash handling records, and other operational documentation.
- Implement promotional activities and strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance the café's brand image.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service protocols.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in café operations, casual dining, or premium cafés.
- Proven experience in independently managing café or restaurant operations.
- Strong understanding of F&B; operations, service standards, inventory management, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of POS systems, billing procedures, MS Excel, and daily sales reporting.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and manage high-volume operations effectively.
- Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and hospitality best practices.
- A skilled attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and business performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
