Job Title: Sales Executive – International Voice Process

INXTANTHELP is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for customers in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to identify sales opportunities and convert potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company's services.
- Answer inbound calls professionally and assist customers with their queries.
- Explain the company's services, including technical support and social media management.
- Identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer objections and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.




- Meet daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain professional communication with customers in the USA and Canada.

Requirements

- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online calling software.
- Good listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with USA and Canada business hours.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; prior sales, telecalling, or international BPO experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
