- Machine Setup: Load raw materials, install cutting tools, and align workpieces.
- Program Execution: Run pre-loaded or basic programs to perform milling, drilling, grinding, or turning operations.
- Process Monitoring: Observe machine feeds, speeds, and sounds during cycles to prevent errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges against engineering blueprints.
- Maintenance & Safety: Clean equipment, manage chip bins, top off coolants/lubricants, and follow shop safety rules. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
