Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Service Executive to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and complaints politely.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and billing team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Follow hotel service standards and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Support billing and payment collection when required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
