· Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, online platforms, and broker coordination.

· Attend to customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into site visits and bookings.

· Arrange and assist in project site visits to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Support negotiations, payment discussions, and closure of sales under the guidance of the Sales Manager.

· Coordinate with CRM and accounts teams for booking forms and timely payment collection.

· Maintain accurate data of leads, site visits, and bookings in the system.

· Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

· Share daily activity reports and update management on lead status and market feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
