Key Responsibilities for Government Coordination

- Statutory Approvals & Permits: Preparing and submitting architectural drawings, plans, and compliance documents to municipal and local bodies (such as the MCGM/BMC, SRA, MHADA, or local development authorities) to obtain building permits, commencement certificates, and occupancy certificates.
- Building Codes & Zoning Compliance: Ensuring all design layouts strictly adhere to local Development Control Regulations (DCR), national building codes, environmental norms, and safety standards.
- Liaison & Follow-Ups: Visiting government offices, meeting municipal officers, tracking file movements, and addressing objections or queries raised by town planning and civic departments.
- Inspections & Site Visits: Coordinating official site inspections with government officials and statutory bodies at various milestones of construction.
- No Objection Certificates (NOCs): Coordinating with specialized departments like the Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, PWD, or traffic/forest authorities to secure required NOCs.





Documentation & Records: Maintaining proper archives of all government correspondence, sanctioned plans, stamps, receipts, and statutory clearances.

- Education & License: A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree and a valid registration/license with the local governing council (e.g., Council of Architecture - COA in India).
- Regulatory Expertise: Masterful command over local regional building bylaws (such as DCPR 2034 for Mumbai, UDCPR for Maharashtra, or national building codes).
- Technical Skillset: High-speed drafting proficiency in AutoCAD and experience navigating municipal online submission portals.
- Interpersonal Dynamics: Robust negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Fluency in the local regional language is heavily favored to smoothly interface with administrative staff at municipal offices.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
