Job Summary

Stavya Design and Construction is looking for a Civil Engineer – Site & Office who can efficiently handle both office-based technical work and on-site execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD, civil drawings, site supervision, measurements, quantity estimation, and construction execution. The candidate must be capable of understanding drawings in the office and ensuring their proper implementation at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, modify, and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings.

Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.

Coordinate between office drawings and actual site execution.

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and workmanship.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.

Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

Monitor material requirements and usage at site.

Take site measurements and assist in BOQ, estimation, and billing.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.





Identify site issues and coordinate with the senior engineer/design team for solutions.

Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Required Skills

Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.

Good understanding of civil construction and site execution.

1–2 years of practical site experience.

Ability to independently handle routine site activities.

Good knowledge of measurements, quantities, and basic estimation.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a practical Civil Engineer, not just someone with theoretical knowledge. The candidate should be comfortable working both on a computer in the office and on the construction site.

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, renovation, or turnkey construction projects will be preferred.
