What You Will Own

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Tally’s end-to-end web applications using Python, PHP, React, and MySQL. You will be responsible for building scalable and secure backend services and APIs, developing responsive frontend experiences, optimizing database performance,



and integrating internal and third-party services. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions while ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future

- Hands on experience in full stack development.
- Robust proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI preferred
- Solid experience with PHP (Core PHP).
- Strong experience building SPAs using React.js.
- Good understanding of MySQL / RDBMS (schema design, indexing, optimization).
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs.
- Experience working with version control (Git).
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture

The Scope of Your Influence

- Design, develop, and maintain end to end web applications using Python, PHP, React, and MySQL.
- Build reusable, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Develop responsive, user friendly frontend interfaces using React.
- Optimize database structures, queries, and performance on MySQL.
- Integrate third party services, internal APIs, and system components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
- Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, automation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements
