This role will be instrumental in managing HR functions related to payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, working closely with department heads to meet staffing needs.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Execution & Administration: Demonstrate solid execution skills in implementing HR initiatives and policies, as well as managing administrative tasks related to HR functions.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
