Job Description

As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting customers at their locations and remotely by troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. The role involves interacting with customers and providing prompt support through email, calls, and the Help Desk Ticketing System.

You will provide technical support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes analyzing issues, troubleshooting, debugging, supporting application implementation, and taking ownership of responsibilities to ensure quick and effective resolutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Interact with customers to understand and troubleshoot their issues.
- Provide prompt responses through email, calls, and the Help Desk Ticketing System.
- Take ownership of issues and responsibilities to ensure quick resolutions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required for the effective and effective performance of the role.
- Build and maintain support integration environments.
- Work with other teams to strengthen the overall support model.
- Act as a Business Domain Expert (BDE) and assist in bug prioritization for the Development team.
- Conduct pre-bug reviews to assist Support Engineers in resolving issues independently or accurately defining issues before escalating them to Development.




- Work with the Product Strategy team to provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Handle complex technical issues during critical customer escalations.
- Work closely with the Development team to incorporate required tools and solutions into the application.
- Travel to client locations, other states, and countries as required.

Qualifications

- Any UG/PG degree with excellent computer handling skills and relevant technical knowledge.
- Experience in building and/or troubleshooting enterprise business applications.
- Experience in implementation, application support, consulting, or development of enterprise business applications.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Experience in monitoring, tuning, and modifying complex applications to improve performance and meet customer expectations.
- Experience with one or more aspects of Enterprise Business Applications, including product expertise, log analysis, and structured troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networks, database configuration, server configuration, web server optimization, load balancing, hardware, SQL tuning, and related technologies.
- Ability and willingness to assist junior team members with training on new products and technologies is highly desirable.
