Job Responsibilities
- Operate Tool Room machines.
- Repair and maintain plastic injection moulds.
- Perform mould assembly and fitting.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Operate machines like:
- Milling Machine
- Lathe (Turning)
- Surface Grinder
- EDM
- Drill Machine
- Band Saw
- Sand Blasting Machine
- Check mould quality before production.
- Follow 5S and safety rules.
Required Skills
- Experience in Tool Room.
- Knowledge of plastic injection moulds.
- Hands-on experience in mould maintenance.
- Able to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
