Job Description

We are hiring Graduate Freshers for a Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process role with a leading ITES company in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

If you have good communication skills and are comfortable working in rotational shifts, this is an opportunity to start your career in the international customer service/BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Provide accurate and professional assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication during customer interactions.
