About the Role
We are looking for an active and responsible Field Executive to identify properties available for rent or sale across Bengaluru. The candidate will visit properties, take photos and videos, collect basic property details, and share the information with our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale across Bengaluru.
- Visit identified properties and take transparent photos and videos.
- Collect property details such as location, size, price, rent, and amenities.
- Coordinate with property owners or representatives to access properties.
- Send property photos, videos,
location, and details to the ZORBA ESTATES team.
- Explore different areas of Bengaluru to find new property listings.
- Maintain regular communication with the team and provide updates on field activities.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone photography and WhatsApp skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact with property owners.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
