Centstone Services LLC is growing our Hyderabad recruitment team, and we are looking for a strong, stable, and career-focused US Healthcare Recruiter who understands the pace, urgency, and quality expectations of the US healthcare staffing industry.

We are a physician-owned US healthcare staffing agency supporting hospitals, health systems, and healthcare facilities across the United States. This is an opportunity to join a growing team where your work is visible, valued, and directly connected to company growth.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 2+ years of steady US healthcare staffing experience

Experience recruiting for Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Therapy, or other clinical healthcare roles

Strong understanding of US healthcare requirements, candidate screening, pay packages, compliance, and submission quality

Experience working with ATS, VMS, MSP, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or similar tools

Ability to confidently communicate with US healthcare professionals

Robust follow-up skills, documentation habits, and attention to detail

A stable work history with consistent healthcare recruiting experience

Someone who wants to build a long-term career, not move from agency to agency every few months
