Job Description:
We are looking for an MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at our construction project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MEP activities at the construction site.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting works.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and site workers.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and safety procedures.
- Check material requirements and report shortages.
- Maintain daily work progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in MEP works or building construction.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Positive communication and site coordination skills.
