Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow EDO Developer with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, and platform implementation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, application development, workflow automation, and system integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into technical implementations, and ensuring platform performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
- Work with ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, UI policies, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing platform enhancements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment,



and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow established development standards.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development or engineering.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security, roles, access controls, and platform architecture.
- Experience with debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with update sets, application deployment, and release management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with distributed teams.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
