Position: Research & Development (R&D;) Manager
Minimum Experience: 5 Years
We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D; Manager to lead product development and improve the quality of our snacks products. The candidate should have a solid background in the snacks or food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new snacks products and improve existing recipes.
- Conduct product trials, taste testing, and quality evaluations.
- Research new ingredients, flavours, and manufacturing techniques.
- Standardize recipes, formulations, and production processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and procurement teams.
- Optimize product costs while maintaining taste and quality.
- Maintain product development records and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D; within the food processing or snacks manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
- Practical knowledge of snacks manufacturing processes, ingredients, and shelf-life testing.
- Strong problem-solving, product development, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage product development from concept to commercial production.

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications and discussed during the interview.
