Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities, labour teams, material usage and site progress. The candidate will ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and deadlines

3. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical construction-site experience may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, measurements and building materials.
- Knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting and basic documentation.
4. Required Experience
- Preferred: 2–5 years of civil construction site experience.
- Experience managing labour teams and subcontractors.
- Experience maintaining site records and tracking work progress.
- Waterproofing, construction chemicals or government-contract experience is an advantage.
5. Required Skills
- Solid labour-management and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual and organized.
- Ability to plan daily activities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Honest handling of labour attendance and material records.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
6. Performance Expectations
The supervisor will be evaluated on:
- Accuracy of daily attendance and site reports.
- Completion of planned work within agreed timelines.
- Labour productivity and proper deployment.
- Material control and avoidable wastage.
- Quality compliance and timely reporting of defects.
- Safety practices and coordination with management.
