We are a Chartered Accountancy firm offering services in income tax, GST, audit, valuation and financial advisory to a diverse client base, including individuals, LLPs, companies and infrastructure businesses.

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle accounting, GST, TDS, audit support and other statutory compliances for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

- Maintain books of accounts for clients in Tally / other accounting software
- Pass journal entries, prepare bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements

GST

- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns (GSTR-9 / 9C)
- Reconcile ITC with GSTR-2A / 2B and books of accounts
- Assist in replies to GST notices and refund applications

TDS

- Compute TDS liability and ensure timely payment
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q)
- Issue Form 16 / 16A and handle TRACES corrections

Audit





- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit assignments
- Vouching, verification and preparation of audit working papers
- Coordinate with clients for data and documents

Other Compliances

- Assist in income tax return filing for individuals, firms and companies
- Support ROC / MCA filings and other routine compliances
- Track due dates and maintain compliance calendar for clients

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST portal, Income Tax portal and TRACES
- Positive understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS provisions
- Attention to detail, punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Marathi / Hindi

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
